RGC has a flourishing Men's Senior Section. Once you turn 55 you belong! The section runs internal competitions and qualifiers through the year and there are approximately 30 seniors' matches against clubs in Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. We hold open competitions and invite entrants from other local clubs. This year our Senior Invitation Team Trophy will be held on Thursday 8 June and our Senior Open on Thursday 10 August. Our Am/Am competition will be on 31 August . For 2017 our Senior  Captain is Andrew Leech, You can contact him if you want to know about more about the senior section- especially if you are considering joining RGC and are aged 55 and over. The season is now well underway. Our seniors have played two team matches at Oakridge and at home to Lutterworth. We have held a three clubs and a putter internal competition won by Colin Buchanan and a qualifying stableford event won by John  Thompson
